Our Appointment Setting works hand-in-hand with our Lead Generation service. At Lingo, we do not see the gaining of appointments as a standalone activity, it is part of a wider approach to business development which comprises account profiling, lead generation, lead nurturing and appointment setting. Even if calling for an appointment, a great deal of information can be gathered which is vital for future prospecting and business development.
This is one of the reasons we do not offer “pay-per-appointment” – there are many script bashing organisations to do this (see our blog “Gerald and the call-back rack”).
